Terms of Service for Havyu AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Havyu AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to use Havyu AI; by downloading or using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Strict Medical & Injury Disclaimer (Recreational Use Only)

Havyu AI is designed for informational and recreational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Not a Medical Device: Havyu AI is an AI-powered tracking and coaching tool. It does not provide medical or physical therapy advice.
• Assumption of Risk: Weightlifting and physical exercise carry an inherent risk of injury. By using Havyu AI, you agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury.
• Consult a Physician: Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness regimen or relying on the AI-generated coaching provided by the app.
• Limitation of Liability: Havyu AI, its developers, and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any physical injury, health issues, or damages sustained as a result of using the application, its AI coaching, or its movement tracking features.

3. Subscriptions (Pro Tier)

Havyu AI offers a “Pro” subscription tier unlocking advanced features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

4. AI-Generated Content

Havyu AI provides coaching insights generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally produce incorrect or hallucinated information. You agree to use your own judgment and common sense when applying any AI-generated workout or habit advice.

5. Third-Party Services

Havyu AI integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality, including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, Google Gemini, and Sentry. Your use of these features is also subject to the respective terms of those providers. We are not liable for the actions, policies, or outages of third-party providers, but we will work to inform you of any material change that affects how Havyu AI operates.
